STORAGE, MOORING AND SLIPPING CHARGES...

Pontoon and Lake Mooring charges.

Trot Mooring charges, 5 hrs. access and pontoon walkway, £320, 6 month summer season, £220 per Quarter incl. VAT
Pontoon mooring rates, average 3 hrs. access afloat, from £80 per month.
Marine Lake pontoons, afloat, transfer by slipways, Winter afloat from £225 per quarter.
Elect. water and waste water connection available. All includes VAT.
Heated Toilet and shower block on site. Warden available. Car parking.

Storage in 3 Yards.

Outer yard with car parking, Toilets, showers etc. .58p per ft. o/all length per week, min. 12
weeks, plus Vat. Daily £6.50, weekly £30.00 incl. Vat. Flood lighting all night.
Enclosed yard, .62p per. ft. o/all length, min. 6 weeks, plus Vat.
High Security yard, Flood lighting, CCTV 24 hrs., PIR alarm and additional lighting with alarm cables through each craft connected to Police and staff callout, .75p. per. ft. o/all length.

Slip charges.

Hauling out and relaunching on hydraulic travelhoist into yards, £3.20 per. ft. hull length, each operation, blocking up additional charge, all plus Vat.
Hauling out and relaunching, as above but from or onto transport, trailers etc. £3.70 per. ft.
Owners use of slipway, upto 25 ft. length, £18.00, all inc.. vat.
Small craft, ski-boats etc. in and out on one Tide, £7, incl. parking for 1 car only, incl. Vat.
Special rates available for use of Slipways and Pontoons over weekends.
Dry-out on slipway, Scrubbing, etc.1 tide & 1 tide on pontoons, max. 30 ft. £17.00 inc. Vat.

Camping and Campervan facilities with use of Lake by Activities Groups etc.

Camping from £28 per weekend, incl. Boat storage, slipping, pontoons, Toilets, Showers.
Marine Lake activities, Adults, max. 10 persons for upto 4 hrs. £18.00 per session, incl. Vat.
Juniors under 16 years, £11.00 per session, incl. Vat.
Individual use, £8.00 per session, as above, incl. Vat.Wind surfing Tuition available.

Marine engineers on site with full workshop facilities, test tanks etc. GRP repairs and trailer welding, fabrication and servicing. Local Yacht Club, Inns with food and shops within 3 minutes walk.. Mendip trail and cycle path starts here with access to the Mendip hills, Brean Sands and Down with Fort for low tide activities. Weston-super-Mare with all its attractions, 15 minutes along the Beach or Bus from our site.
